Job Description

A full-time Nurse Practitioner position is available with Liberty Healthcare at the Stockley Center in Georgetown, DE.



The Stockley Center is state-of-the-art intermediate care facility which provides a wide array of services to adults who are living with physical and developmental disabilities.



As a Nurse Practitioner your responsibilities will include:


Daily patient evaluation through rounding Conducting examinations and performing diagnostic tests Providing preventive care and treating acute and chronic health conditions Developing treatment plans Prescribing medications Collaborating with the facility's Medical Director, nursing team, and ancillary staff Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings

As a Nurse Practitioner and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:

You are a good fit for this position if you are licensed in Delaware as a Nurse Practitioner and have proficiency in diagnosing, treating and managing acute and chronic health conditions for adults.
