Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to work full-time at its West Chinden clinic.
Saint Alphonsus Medical Group West Chinden is a busy, well-established practice in a growing part of the community. SAMG West Chinden has long established providers that who are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients.
This provider will assist in co-managing an established patient panel and while also growing a continuity practice.
Requirements:
Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho; Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
