Our 1-year Graduate Nurse (GN) Residency Program Benefits You By:

Requirements Prior to Start of Residency:

Must have an Associate or Bachelor\'s degree (We LOVE our Associate degree Grads!)

An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon)

An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network

Additional certification may be required depending on the unit
