Starting Pay Range: $18.85 $22.17 hourly and considers experience and education.

Job Summary: The NFP Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the operations of the program by performing clerical, organizational, and other administrative support tasks.
Reports to: Nurse Family Partnership Manager
Supervision Exercised: None
Education/Experience/License/Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate Degree in Office Management preferred
Three years experience as an administrative or executive assistant
Required Travel: Infrequent travel may include limited local travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to the policies and procedures of Pueblo Community Health Center, Inc.
Provide administrative support in a professional and cordial manner.
Collect, enter and maintain data for NFP according to the criteria and methodologies established in the program.
Responsible for entering data and maintaining FLO' reports for the Nurse-Family Partnership Program in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
Ensure that information management protocols and data management activities adhere to the requirements for the NFP program.
Assure accurate, timely and complete data collection to facilitate timely reporting requirements and progress reports as defined by the program.
Create FLO' reports, review for errors, contact nurses if data is incorrect or missing, and make appropriate corrections in order to facilitate report analysis for the NFP Supervisor.
Review, maintain, & monitor NFP Server client digital charts and related data.
Maintain program supplies and materials in an orderly way, including supply materials used for clients.
Assist the NFP Supervisor in Advisory Board preparation as needed.
Attend Advisory Board meetings, take minutes and send minutes to NFP supervisor for approval.
Coordinate general clerical support for NFP staff, including word processing, photocopying, preparing and sending mail, etc.
Edit and help with NFP program written communication. (ex. Policies and Procedures).
Check Medicaid eligibility monthly, and bill client and/or infant Medicaid.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Monitor and manage NextGen, Medicaid, and community NFP referrals.
Coordinate and participate with community outreach.
