:

This position is responsible for assisting clinical staff and members of the interprofessional healthcare team, as assigned, under the direct supervision of clinical staff within inpatient setting. This position performs delegated activities that include but are not limited to patient mobility and other patient maneuvers assisting patients in functional activities. This position provides specific patient care activities as directed by a therapist. Additionally, this role also serves as a Restorative Aide providing preventative, maintenance, or progressive restorative mobility care per resident\'s plan of care under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse and/or registered therapist.

Hours: Full-time, 0.9 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year in Transport and/or Lift Team

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months working in health care with patient contact.
• 6 months of CNA experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
