:ResponsibilitiesPer Diem Nursing SupervisorHRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Per Diem Nursing Supervisor to provide coverage as needed for day, evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts.HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Provide milieu management

QualificationsRequirements

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience
• Previous RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience
