Position Summary
The Life Science program seeks a dedicated and motivated individual to teach Nutrition courses. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student success through teaching and learning excellence. The selected candidate will perform duties and functions with the support of the program chair of Life Sciences and will be directly responsible to the Science Division Dean. The individual is responsible for Nutrition courses on-campus, hybrid, and online learning environments.
Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
Part-time faculty is typically assigned as needed on a quarterly basis, with no expectation of continued employment beyond the current appointment. Compensation for the part-time faculty member teaching one 5-credit class is $5,201.03/quarter.

Part-time faculty with 50% or more load is represented by the Bellevue College Association of Higher Education (BCAHE) union.
