Overview

The Influencer & Community Marketing Manager is responsible for managing & executing exceptional Influencer Marketing campaigns, growing Nuuly\xe2\x80\x99s Influential Community on social media, and supporting broader Brand & Integrated Marketing efforts in relation to Influencer Marketing.

Candidate must be able to identify and connect with key influencers to develop relationships, and create campaigns that reach new and re-engage existing customers. In addition, the candidate will support the growth of Nuuly\xe2\x80\x99s Community Advocacy Program, developing new ways to engage with this community to drive awareness via WOM on social. Candidate must be strategic, collaborative, organized and analytical with a proven track record of executing influencer campaigns that align with business goals, increase brand awareness and drive subscriptions or sales.

This role will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Ambassadors & Always On Campaigns

  • Negotiate and effectively manage end to end influencer partnerships for a variety objectives, including Awareness, Growth, or Consideration with Influencers at all scales (Micro, Mid, Macro, Mega).
  • Work with Senior Associate, Brand Marketing - Influencer to Develop influencer facing briefs based on marketing priorities.
  • Work with Senior Associate, Brand Marketing - Influencer to create Roadmap of Influencer activations aligned with Marketing priorities on a Quarterly basis, and maintain daily calendar of activations for cross-functional partners.
  • Manage and build database of brand aligned influencers using CreatorIQ or other Influencer Management software.
  • Analyze results of influencer partnerships, constantly iterating to increase effectiveness.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Influencer Marketing programs are legally compliant with FTC Regulations or any other applicable rules & regulations.
  • Work with in-house Creative & Social Teams to ensure Influencer Marketing assets are effectively leveraged across 360 Marketing channels.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, including Creative, Social, CRM, PR, Buying, Product & UX, Creative Operations and Merchandising.
  • Use Analytics resources ,and partner with Analytics Team to maintain Influencer Data ecosystem for effective monthly & campaign based reporting.
Community Advocacy Program
  • Scale Community Advocacy Program using implementation of automated processes
  • Develop tactics to keep Nuuly\xe2\x80\x99s partners engaged and actively promoting the brand using Influencer Affiliate links, or other tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Social team to develop content engagement tactics that align with Seasonal Product activations and can be leveraged across Organic Social channels.
  • Share top UGC with Paid & Organic Social teams to leverage cross-functionally
  • Create content toolkits for community members to inspire and support their content creation journey
  • Send surveys to the community and interpret the data presenting changes or improvements to the program.
  • Foster inclusivity, and diversity within Nuuly community members.
  • Work with Marketing Coordinator to scale Nuuly\xe2\x80\x99s Influencer & VIP Gifting program to create and deploy gifting campaigns
  • Work with Marketing coordinator to plan and manage the community marketing calendar including product launches and evergreen campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing Community Management, or related role
  • A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
  • Strong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional partners across multiple teams
  • Hunger for brainstorming/ideating new and exciting external partners in complementary industries
  • General awareness of/experience working with media companies and partners a plus
  • Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration
  • A proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
  • Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Skills
  • Understands marketing and influencer KPIs.
  • Self-starter and strong team player who can act as both a collaborator and an owner/leader.
  • Flexibility in a start-up-like environment is critical. Must be willing to both think strategically and roll up sleeves as needed. Must be flexible when business priorities change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to present and inspire.
  • Strong project management, process management and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience manipulating data.
  • Strong understanding of FTC regulations and all other legal guidelines in the Influencer space.
  • Experience using CreatorIQ, GRIN, or other Influencer Management software tools is a plus.
Education

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
