Job Posting Title: Occupational Accommodations Coordinator (IA/PH)Req ID: 10090606:Job Summary/Purpose of Position:This role will perform Coordinator related duties which include being the initial point of contact for inquiries and provide on-site office support for the team. Overall, the incumbent will help with:

  • Review temporary restrictions entered into HMS by Health Services and resolve level of contact needed with cast, leadership or Transitional Duty.
  • Figure out Case Advocate to assign to each employee\xe2\x80\x99s(cast members) temporary restriction request or update, ensuring that any updated restrictions stay with the same Case Advocate.
  • Partner closely with Occupational Case Advocates and Managers to support detailed analysis of temporary restrictions sent and follow up with leadership or Transitional Duty team.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to employees and leaders on behalf of Occupational Temporary Restrictions Case Advocates and Managers.
  • Help promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance regarding accommodations practices, company policy and relevant employment or workers\xe2\x80\x99 compensation laws through interactions with business leaders.
  • Provide office support to include:
  • In-person, email or telephonic engagement with cast members and leaders regarding temporary restrictions as directed by medical reporting.
  • Receiving, directing and relaying phone calls.
  • Handling Outlook Mailboxes and answering or directing emails accordingly.
  • Organize complex meetings and maintain agendas.
  • This position will be in person in Anaheim, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-years of experience in human resources, hospitality, call center or equivalent confirmed experience.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
  • Strong consulting and client service skills.
  • Ability to handle important, high-priority demands; prioritizing workload, leading projects and multiple responsibilities against deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and function in a team environment while developing highly effective and valued professional relationships with peers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to exercise good judgment and to handle highly confidential and critical information.
  • Ability to optimally leverage resources.
  • Computer skills - Adobe and the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Shown knowledge and understanding of the WDP&R policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, federal and state laws / regulations (including but not limited to Title VII, ADA, CA Labor Code, ADAAA and FMLA).
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking/writing
The hiring range for this position in California is $27.90 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
