:Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient\'s special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual\'s functional level and potential.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they\'re invaluable. • Bachelor\'s Degree - From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
• Master\'s Degree - From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
• Ph.D. - From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Coursework/Training - Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
