CHI Health Immanuel located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street offers a full-service hospital cancer center rehabilitation center specialty spine hospital and more. For well over a century our commitment to serve our community inspires our staff to provide the highest quality of care to all who we have the privilege to serve.
Responsibilities

The bariatric coach serves as a patient liaison to help back and spine patients and family members navigate the complex
healthcare system. * Assists in the development and performance of specialty services, educational activities, program

evaluation and outcome research. * Oversees patient care delivery to maximize patient, family, physician satisfaction. Acts as advocate for

patients and family members and as a resource for staff.
Qualifications

RN licensure in Nebraska or Iowa; must be licensed in the state of vour residence

BLS or BLS instructor certification is required upon hire.
