Attained High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

Would prefer 2 years of customer service and/or office administration, but also willing to train the right person.

MS Word and Excel competencies is a must.

Our team is looking for a friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, and experienced Office Administrative Assistant for a busy construction office. Applicant must be capable of handling multiple tasks and possess excellent computer and customer service skills. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills to join our energetic office. Attention to detail, staying on task, and organization are all musts to be successful in this position.

Duties will include:

Helping customers on the phone and walk-ins

Deposits

Various Customer Billing

Running Errands

Party Planning

Other tasks as assigned

Assisting other departments

Full job responsibilities will be discussed at interview
