Position Overview:

This job position covers a wide range of duties and day to day activities. A significant amount of time could be spent answering phone calls, billing customers, taking payments, dispatching, and coordinating services.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls and providing customer service

Communicating both internally and externally with information

Utilizing our point-of-sale system to find/add information

Skills / Education / Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment drug screen

Highschool diploma or GED

Customer service, accounts payable/receivable, logistics, etc. experience preferred, but not required.

Must be 18 years of age to apply

Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute

Great customer service skills

Effective communication via email and phone

Must capable of multi-tasking and working in high pace environment

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
