Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be in title, eligible for transfer, or reachable on the Civil Service Eligible List for this title. In the event there is not viable eligible list, provisional appointment will be considered. To be eligible candidates must have one year of permanent competitive status in a qualifying title.
Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This Office Assistant 2 performs office support and clerical work to meet the requirements of OPWDD State Operations, within the Broome Executive Office, and provide clerical assistance to other Clinical Departments. Such work may consist of but is not limited to performing data entry; math or calculations; mail, supply, and inventory functions; keyboarding and other document preparation tasks; answering telephones; completing forms; assisting staff; creating or assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, graphs, and tables; and performing other related activities. This work is accomplished in accordance with applicable procedures, rules, regulations, and laws.
