We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.

Duties


- Assist with office management tasks and maintain a tidy workspace
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone systems and in-person
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Provide support with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in phone systems and handling customer inquiries
- Typing skills with accuracy and speed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
