Summary

The Office Assistant II, under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, responsible for the coordination of the day to day operations of the assigned office and warehouse location.

This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm.

Hourly rate: $16-$17/hour

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Essential Functions:
  • Schedules and routes delivery technicians as it relates to deliveries and pick up of medical equipment and service calls
  • Receives and coordinates calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources
  • Coordinates tasks for completion by technicians and warehouse staff
  • Manages office needs such as office supplies, repairs and services, mail, and payments
  • Manages inventory levels of medical equipment
  • Other tasks as assigned

Education and Experience
