Requirements
- Proficiency in Outgoing Mail Packages
- Solid understanding of Deliver Mail
- Mail Packages experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Facilities Coordinator
- Restocking experience
- General familiarity with mailrooms
- Adeptness in Stocking Shelves
- Re-stocking experience preferred
- Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
- A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
- Accomplishes tasks independently
- Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
- Ability to complete general office work, operate basic office equipment, and route incoming materials
