Our Approach We only clean high-end office buildings. All of our shifts are during daytime hours. We created our own software, redesigned our cleaning carts, and have the most advanced fleet of equipment imaginable. Our management team has one goal: to support our team members so that our clients are happy.
We don\xe2\x80\x99t clean with grimy mop buckets or worn-out vacuum cleaners. We stock the supply closets with pre-mixed products and fresh towels, and service our equipment weekly. Our Cleaning Technicians only focus on one thing: cleaning!

As a Trilogy team member you will...

• Use your training to offer the highest quality cleaning experience to our clients
• Be provided with all of the tools you need to succeed
• Communicate daily and frequently with your onsite supervisor, in-person, by phone and through our messaging app

As a Day Porter you typically will...

• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean all areas of restrooms and kitchens
• Wipe and dust areas in lobbies, conference rooms, offices and cubicle areas
• Remove trash from large and small bins and load bags into the provided dumpster
• Perform physical work related to the job for extended periods of time such as operating a vacuum, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, stretching and carrying/lifting up to 35 pounds.
• You will also help with general facility maintenance as needed such as: touch up painting, power washing, room set up and take down.

Cleaning Technician Wages & Benefits

• Consistent 8-hour, weekday shifts...no weekend shifts or late night shifts!
• Starting wage is $16.00-$17.00 per hour
