Duties
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Support the team with various clerical duties as needed, including copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
Vehicle Titles, Some Bookkeeping
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
