The Wind River Realty team is expanding, and we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a well-qualified, hard-working office manager to help us continue moving our business forward. As the office manager, you\'ll be the master of multitasking. Your primary responsibilities will include answering a bazillion phone calls (okay, maybe not that many, but close), and greeting clients like they\'re your long-lost BFFs. You\'ll also be a word processing wizard, handle cash like a boss, and keep all our files neatly organized. But wait, there\'s more! Your specific duties will include (but not be limited to) knowing everything there is to know about the rental application process, typing, proofreading, drafting memos and making your coworkers look like geniuses. You\'ll even assist real estate agents with listing and marketing properties and plan social functions (because you\'re not just an office manager, you\'re an event planner too!). And let\'s not forget about the important stuff, like keeping the office stocked with supplies, handling the copier and fax machine (because we\'re still living in the 90s apparently), and sorting and distributing mail like a champ. Plus, you\'ll need to keep track of all the available listings and prepare paperwork for lease signings.
