COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT: This position is not in a collective bargaining unit.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This position is located within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Budget and Planning (OBP). The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and oversight of various budget related documents and producing the annual budget books for the Office of Budget and Planning. Duties include, but are not limited to: entering all requisitions into the financial system; reconciling and closing purchasing orders at the end of the fiscal year; maintaining log of all assets acquired by OBP as it relates to budget and employee use; collaborating with supervisor to ensure that the District\'s Annual Budget is produced; serving as the official timekeeper by preparing Time and Attendance, and preparing Request/Authorization for Personnel Actions (SF-52s); and ensuring that all OBP employees are kept abreast of all changes to personnel policies and security guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsTwo (2) years of general work experience performing duties related to providing administrative and financial support; coordinating administrative functions; assisting with preparing reports; and collaborating with stakeholders to compile and create documents (i.e., booklets, pamphlets, brochures). Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Specialized ExperienceExperience that provides the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
