What Will You Do?
As the Office Specialist, you will process quarterly Unemployment Tax reports efficiently and provide superior customer service to all stakeholders.

In this role you will:


  • Sort, repair, and batch quarterly payroll reports for scanning, and index tax documents.

  • Process documents from various queues.

  • Key scanned quarterly reports that are not formatted correctly.

  • Provides customer service to UI Tax stakeholders through direct in-person contact, phone support, and electronic communication methods.

What We Are Looking For (Desired Attributes):

  • Demonstrated experience using a 10 keypad.

  • Demonstrated work experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to support customers over the phone.

  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing daily/weekly tasks.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow up timely on multiple\xe2\x80\x91day processes on multiple tasks.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Commitment to valuing diversity and promoting inclusion.


Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • One year of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR

  • An equivalent combination of experience and college coursework or training in a general office occupation.
