Job Description

Foutz Motorsports Off-Road Product Assembly Technician Foutz Motorsports off-road shop has an immediate position open for a Product Assembly Technician and packing assistant. This person must pay close attention to detail, be intelligent and use common sense. Ability to self-start and follow directions. Have experience in vehicle mechanical work in the off-road community or similar aerospace or off-road racing environment. Packaging and warehouse skills helpful. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Daily tasks of assisting in assembling suspension kits and components, and other manufactured products
• Packing products / kits after assembly with the correct hardware and components
• Packing products for orders and help in shipping when needed
• Ability get to work on time every day without drama.
• Self starter and hard worker to meet deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Know basic automotive mechanical skills to perform assembly of complex suspension components including billet aluminum parts that require uniball / bearings to be pressed in correctly.
• Have experience working in very detailed environment and be able to pay close attention to the details when assembling products.
• Must be able to follow documented instructions outlining assembly details including hardware bill of materials sheets.
• Must be open to learn new tasks to advance abilities and to move up in the company
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and be a team player to accomplish the company goals
• Must know how to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers)
• Contributes to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above own interests
• Minor fabrication / adjustments is part of the job so you must be able to handle basic hand tools.

• Must be detail oriented and able to pay close attention to detail and follow instructions

Compensation

• Compensation $20 to $23 per hour DOE with growth possibilities.
• Hours are shift dependent and varying \xe2\x80\x93 normally 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Job is full time on location at our main facility in Mesa Arizona
