Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and cutting fresh fish for sushi and sashimi.
Process and handle fish with precision and care.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
Support the Omakase Chef in daily tasks and during service.
Maintain knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese culinary traditions.
Follow health and safety guidelines in food preparation and storage.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sushi preparation and fish cutting.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
