Responsibilities include:

Delivering quality nursing care based on individual care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring resident conditions and communicating effectively with families and staff Supervising nursing assistants as necessary

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Illinois CPR certification Experience in long-term care is preferred Compassionate and respectful attitude towards residents and colleagues
