We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and technical sales, with a focus on territory management and technology sales. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and utilizing software tools such as Salesforce to optimize sales processes. This role requires a blend of inside sales expertise and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets. Manage assigned territories, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market. Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales management or technical sales, preferably within the technology sector. Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective inside sales techniques. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
