Professional, friendly, personable, kind
Organization skills, good time-management, problem solving skills, ability to sell
Ability to perform all the tasks of management including; check-in and checkout procedures, apartment clean checks, property maintenance, respond to emergencies, interact with residents, host events, create social media content, etc.
Invested in the important work of building a positive and uplifting culture at the complex
Detail oriented for daily paperwork, computer based contracting and student portals
Must be willing to uphold BYU-I living standards
Must live onsite
Work 2 consecutive office hours on weekdays + additional hours as needed
Compensation is free rent and utilities
