This position entails operating in a call center environment to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The representative for this position will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, chats, and callback interactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed, as well as route calls as needed to appropriate resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately \xe2\x80\xa2 Other projects as assigned by the supervisor. Job Qualifications and Requirements include someone who has \xe2\x80\xa2 Good verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Dependable and able to adhere to the schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective listening skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service orientation \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work effectively in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to read, write, and speak English \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to sit at a workstation for long periods. High school diploma or GED; 6 months previous high volume call center experience. Our client is looking for candidates that are dependable and adhere to their work schedule.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed, as well as route calls as needed to appropriate resources.
  • Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
  • Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
  • Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately
