Research Analyst Senior

HOW A RESEARCH ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\xe2\x97\x8f Performs research, analysis, development, and evaluation of systems, procedures, and data in assigned functional area
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with highly collaborative team of technicans, UAS pilots, test directors, and UAS SMEs to assess current UAS detection and mitigation technologies, and plan and execute research into the use of UAS to support Airport operations
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be comfortable working in a dynamic envirnement;
\xe2\x97\x8f Will be required to work outdoors for short durations to support system installations, calibration and shakedown testing, and data collection
\xe2\x97\x8f You will apply for RDT&E experiacne and skills to assess UAS when applied to airport applications.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
\xe2\x97\x8f Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in operations research, computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, management science, aviation, aeronautical, or air traffic management/science.
\xe2\x97\x8f Required Experience: 6+ years of demonstrated experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Required Technical Skills: Research techniques, creating plans, cost estimation, risk managment, adn data collection and analysis. Capable of fully executing research and development projects. Completion and on-time submission of eliverables without daily supervision.
\xe2\x97\x8f Security Clearance Level: FAA Suitability
\xe2\x97\x8f Required Skills and Abilities: Sefl Starter. Highly collaborative. Able complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision. Excellant technical writing skiils. Able to present technical information to technical and non-technical audiances. .
\xe2\x97\x8f Preferred Skills: *Creating and executing test plans and procedures, big data analysis
\xe2\x97\x8f Location: Cusgtomer site (William J Hughes Technical Center, near Atlantic City NJ)
\xe2\x97\x8f Must have or the ability to obtiain a valid US Passport.
