Operations Analyst
Providence, Rhode Island (On-Site)
Contract ( 6 Months +)
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hourOur prestigious client is looking for an Operations Analyst to support their clients. This person will be an important member of the team handling high profile clients. Customer service as well as Data Entry are needed for this position.Responsibilities:

• Authentications
• Verifying payments instructions
• Support inboound and outbound calls for "learning payment applications "
• White glove service to high wealth clients (up to $25M)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of ACH Payments experience
• Experience with IBR cashflows
• 2+ years of forward facing client experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite i.e Word, PowerPoint, Excel
