We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Delaware and are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of our operations by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office procedures.

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our new Delaware office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings. Maintain office supplies and ensure all necessary materials are available and organized. Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workspaces and orientation materials. Help organize and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Liaise with building management and service providers to address office maintenance and facility needs. Provide support to various departments as needed, including research and project assistance.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative or operations experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse tasks.

Work Schedule:



Part-time position (20-20 hours per week) Flexible hours within standard business hours (Monday-Friday)
