Responsibilities

• Perform assessments ensuring compliance to policies, processes and procedures associated with program/contract, company, customer/ government, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements.
• Conduct research and use benchmarking to industry standards.
• Conduct Compliance assessments, provide customer interface, and ensure preventive and corrective action.
• Review Compliance of products, processes, equipment.
• Develop or utilize statistical process improvement methods.
• Provide technical expertise to company employees, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensures compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and coaching of specific company policies and procedures associated with Compliance to all Operations personnel. Example: FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and MCA (Manufacturing Compliance Assessment - including 14 elements of Compliance).

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with program management
• Experience in modifying business writings
• This position requires the willingness and ability to work any shift which includes first, second, third or alternative work week (currently 2nd shift requirement)
• Speaking in front of an audience (mechanics, managers, executives, customers, regulatory agencies)
• Having a root cause determination/corrective action background
• Possessing the ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience related to compliance
• Experience with AS9100
