Operations Manager - Camp Fire AlaskaPosition Logistics
FLSA: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $28.38 - $32.42/hour DOE
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day shifts, between the hours of 9am - 5pm. There may be occasional work hours in the evening or weekend to meet agency needs or to attend events.
Work Location: Work will be primarily done from the Camp Fire Alaska\'s Main office, located 161 Klevin Street in Anchorage, AK. This position will have the option for a hybrid work schedule that will adjust to meet supervisor and agency needs.

Position Overview:The Operations Manager works in collaboration with others and is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and systems to maximize organizational efficiency and mitigate risks. Engage in work that supports Camp Fire\xe2\x80\x99s Promise to provide youth with the opportunity to find their spark, lift their voice and discover who they are.The Operations Manager oversees projects that support agency wide program operations. This includes the ability to create processes that enhance efficiency and reduce risks at Camp Fire. This role supports youth development and includes managing the Summer Food Service Program, overseeing food procurement, seasonal trainings and program compliance, survey administration and data collection and maintaining databases and reporting systems. Responsibilities also involve vehicle and warehouse management, inventory upkeep, supporting program startups and closeouts, and developing a standard operating procedures manual for the position. Work also includes supporting on site at our program locations when necessary. The ideal candidate should be collaborative, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and demonstrate project management abilities while promoting diversity and inclusion. They must also have an expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite.Qualifications:
Twenty-one (21) years of age required for eligibility to drive agency vehicles, including a 15- passenger van
Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and the ability to visit all program locations as needed, with reliable transportation
Proficient computer skills and experience in using a variety of operating systems including Microsoft Suite
Proven experience in project management
