What you will do:
Support the Libertyville Bank charter as a dedicated resource primarily in the areas of Information Security and Business Continuity, Information Technology, Security, Facilities Management and Oversight, Operations/Purchasing and overall Department Management.
Information Security and Business Continuity responsibilities include submission of IT tickets for new, current and terminated employees, the review of Information Security Council reports along with Council participation. Oversee awareness and training to charter employees on information security and business continuity policies as well as coordinate annual testing.
Conduct annual security site visits at the various Libertyville facilities, conduct monthly alarm testing as well as conduct new hire security training. Point of contact for law enforcement on facility incident reporting. Work with third party security guard vendor on opening/closing of locations and after-hour alarms.
Primary point of contact for internal and external auditors (Information Security, Business Continuity and Security).
Facilities Management and Oversight responsibilities to include coordination and fielding of initial service calls for all locations, ensuring the proper parties are alerted and service requests are handled in an expedient manner.
Maintain and bid facility contracts with third-party vendors, making selection recommendations to Wintrust Corporate Real Estate and Libertyville Charter Executive Management.
Assist in creation and oversight of facilities capital budget on an annual basis
Purchase equipment and facility supplies, maintaining inventory of ordered supplies
Develop Facilities, Purchasing and Courier staff through goals and coaching opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience. Degree in business or an IT-related field preferred
5-7 years of direct work related experience in Information Security/Business Continuity
Previous experience performing audits and/or responding to audit requests
Previous experience with managing projects, creating project plans, and managing deadlines
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidential data and information
Strong analytical skills, problem solving, strategic thinking and reasoning abilities
Ability to delegate, motivate and lead a team to achieve their goals
Detailed oriented, with good organizational abilities and time management skills
Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel to various charter locations, if necessary
