With rotation through key operational areas such areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer ServiceAfter completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management. You'll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.Benefits youxe2x80x99ll receive:

What wexe2x80x99re looking for:

• Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two yearsxe2x80x99 supervisory experience.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions.
• Valid driverxe2x80x99s license
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
