Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Operations Project Coordinator to join our Business Group, directly supporting our President and Business Manager in advancing new and existing manufacturing projects. This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively to manage complex supplement manufacturing operations while ensuring GMP compliance and exceptional client service.

Essential Functions

Drive project execution from concept to completion, including timeline management, resource allocation, and milestone tracking for custom manufacturing projects Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing operations and key stakeholders, providing strategic communication and project updates Ensure compliance with dietary supplement GMP requirements (21 CFR Part 111) while maintaining efficient production schedules Manage complex client relationships and coordinate multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate manufacturing and packaging operations, optimizing batch scheduling and equipment utilization Oversee project documentation, including batch records, stability testing programs, and compliance requirements Support new product launches, including R&D batches and scale-up activities Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times Manage critical path activities including material testing, equipment validation, and quality control requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Food Science, or related field 3+ years experience in dietary supplement or food manufacturing operations Demonstrated expertise in dietary supplement GMPs (21 CFR Part 111) Strong project management background in manufacturing environments Excellent communication and relationship management skills Proven ability to work independently and make strategic decisions Local to Arizona preferred

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Excel) Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Expertise in GMP documentation and quality management systems

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification Experience in contract manufacturing/packaging operations Knowledge of supplement NDI requirements Familiarity with clean label requirements
