Job Description
Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for a Operations Representative in our Operations Center located in Woodsville, NH.
Operations Representative\'s Responsibilities:
- Process various account maintenance for all branches
- Performs weekly New Account cleanup for duplicate names and address records
- Serves as backup for various ATM/Electronic banking functions
- Serves as backup for processing Address Changes
- May serve as backup Operations receptionist
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
- Attention to detail
