Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate has previous experience as an Operations Assistant or experience in a related position. This position is located in Southern Indiana. Will be 100% in office. Position is temporary to hire. Pay is between $18-$20/hour. Qualifications: - Experience handling order processing for a distribution company is a plus - Must have accounting experience in A/P or billing - High School Diploma or GED - MS Office proficient

Responsibilities
- Manage orders through telephone and electronic ordering
- Enter orders into system
- Will be a liaison between customer and company
- Will verify and reconcile financial information
- Problem solve account and billing problems
- Basic Software Skills
- Account Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Billing
- Order Processing
- Experience level: Experienced
