We are looking for an

Operator Apprentice

in our Bindery department. This position is on-site at our Duluth facility. Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

The Ideal Candidate

must have

strong mechanical abilities

, a passion for working with machines, and a desire to learn.

Must be able to communicate in English verbally.

Strong mechanical aptitude - Comfortable working with tools, machines, and mechanical systems. Eager to learn - Willing to train and develop technical skills. Hardworking and reliable - A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Hands-on problem solver - Able to think critically and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Ability to lift 50lbs. and stand for extended periods. Prior experience with tools or mechanical work is required.

Key Training Areas:

Hands-On Machine Operation

- Learn to safely and efficiently operate various machines.

Mechanical Troubleshooting

- Diagnose, adjust, and repair minor mechanical issues.

Equipment Maintenance

- Develop skills in routine machine upkeep and preventive Maintenance.

Reading Work Orders

- Understanding technical instructions and specifications.

Safety & Quality Control

- Follow proper safety protocols and maintain product quality standards.
