Title: Ops Solutions Coordinator - EDI

Location: Onsite in Jacksonville

Schedule: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 730a-430p or 800a-500p or 830a-530p

Salary range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending upon experience

What work will you perform?

The Ops Solution Coordinator is an integral part of the Accounts Solutions team. This role is focused on problem-solving role and is instrumental to the proper integration and improvement of business-to-business relationships with agents and customers alike. Working directly with information technology (IT) staff and external customers, you will ensure that requested EDI programing and changes are built, successfully implemented and any issues are troubleshooted and fixed in a timely manner. This is a highly technical position requiring daily coordination and communication between internal and external parties to support account compliance and growth.

Essential Responsibilities:

Utilize available system tools to identify underperforming accounts

Troubleshooting, including root cause analysis of EDI failures.

Generate and distribute monthly and/or quarterly performance reports by acquiring, manipulating, and summarizing data

Support the implementation of new business

Investigate, evaluate, and/or resolve issues promptly

Continuously engage and collaborate with agents and customers to ensure compliance

Perform new and on-going training for agents and other personnel

Assist agents with operational strategies to assist in the retention and growth of business.

Be an active advocate of agent and customer relationships.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Three years of experience working with EDI files

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

1 year of transportation industry experience

6 months of experience presenting at C-Suite level

1 year of experience training the trainer

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor

Strong analytical abilities

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working knowledge of Cognos and iSeries query

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access

Extremely organized and detail oriented
