Job Summary and Qualifications

• You will assume management responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Operating Rooms, CV Operating Rooms, and Endoscopy
• You will assist in development, interpretation, and implement department policies & procedures
• You will implement department safety programs, consults with physicians and other professional staff as needed and demonstrates knowledge & skills necessary to provide care appropriate to patients served by the department

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; BSN required
• Masters\xe2\x80\x99 Degree in Nursing or related health field preferred
• Current acute clinical knowledge required. Minimum of 1-year leadership/ management experience required. Recent acute clinical experience minimum of 3 years in area of Surgical Services area
• Current Nevada license to practice nursing. Independently maintains license and related certifications held (BLS required; ACLS and PALS must obtained within 90 days of hire/ transfer)
