T-Rex Solutions is seeking a qualified Oracle Hyperion Subject Matter Expert to support the Hill Component Enterprise Data Center IT Operations and Maintenance Services program located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). This program aims to modernize legacy USAF network infrastructure and migrate services into a new AWS Cloud Environment. For any candidates not already local to the Ogden, UT area, T-Rex is offering a relocation support package to assist with moving costs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Hyperion products and related technologies
• Perform SME/Admin functions for Hyperion instances
• Identify and address potential areas of improvement within Oracle Hyperion system, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements related to Oracle Hyperion products, sharing knowledge and insights with the broader team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training programs for Oracle Hyperion products, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support our customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase Oracle Hyperion product offerings and solutions.
• Provide input and feedback to the broader team regarding customer needs, market trends, and potential areas of improvement Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or IT related field with ten (10) or more years of related professional experience. A Master\'s Degree and 8+ years of experience or a PhD and 5+ years of experience may be substituted.
• Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance
• Experience with the latest version of Oracle Hyperion software, including Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Data Relationship Management (HDRM)
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Hyperion products and components, including, architecture, consolidation and reporting, and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills:

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning EPM version 11 and higher

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $159,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\'s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
