Ordering Analyst

Renewal by Andersen - Stamford, CT

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
As an Ordering Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to proofread and enter all system orders. We're looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all set deadlines and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy

Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports

Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner to fulfill installation dates and deadlines

Order products for all our service territories

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent (some college in a related field is a plus!)

2-3 years of ordering or procurement experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Comfortable with data management and reporting

Proficient experience utilizing a CRM system

Strong attention to detail for processing orders, minimizing errors and enhancing efficiency

Ability to independently problem solve

Compensation and Benefits:

$26-28/hourly, plus monthly bonus potential

Onsite in our Stamford office

Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
