Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse, and computer for at least 4-6 hours per day.
• Ability to stand, bend and pick up 35 lbs. while working in the warehouse.

• Enter work orders into Netsuite \xe2\x80\x93 work orders consist of building new product from the 9000 level or breaking down existing item into a new item. Orders can consist of a few single steps to more intricate steps that require a larger order build.
• Release work orders for the Value-Add Service team into Davinci.
• Monitor and clear and open work orders resulting in shortages of products not in inventory.
• Monitor the shortage reports sent out from the warehouse team several times a day, evaluating if work orders can be created to replenish any shortages of product in the warehouse for customer orders.
• Update the customer service team as to which items are short on their orders and which can be built to ensure that orders are fulfilled with the highest percentage rate for shipping.
• Back up for Sales/Customer Service for open order reports and Amazon PO fulfillment
• Reconciliation of inventory between Netsuite and Davinci daily
• Assist in daily warehouse operations as needed, including yet not limited to order picking, quality control, packing, and shipping.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation of physical inventory at the warehouse.
