As an Organ Donation Coordinator (ODC), you will be responsible for all aspects of organ recovery. These duties include completing on-call functions, responding to referrals, adhering to regulatory requirements, and completing documentation. The ODC is responsible for meeting donor family needs, donor management, and the allocation, recovery, preservation, packaging, and transportation of organs for research and transplant. Additionally, you will complete case follow-up tasks, referral and case documentation, personal expense reports, and other administrative tasks as necessary. Finally, the ODC will gain proficiency through experience and further self-directed learning while embodying DonorConnect\'s I CARE + values in and out of the critical care unit.
