What You'll Do

Chairside Assistance:

Collaborate closely with our Orthodontist to set up treatment areas, organize instruments, and streamline procedures for an efficient, supportive patient experience.

Patient Engagement:

Welcome patients warmly, explain procedures, and provide reassurance to ensure they feel informed and comfortable at every step.

Sterilization & Safety:

Adhere to strict sterilization protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment for both patients and team members.

Accurate Record Keeping:

Document patient treatments and progress with precision, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Patient Education:

Guide patients on best practices for appliance care, proper oral hygiene, and post-visit instructions, setting them up for successful treatment outcomes.

Team Collaboration:

Work in tandem with clinical and administrative staff to keep appointments running smoothly and contribute to a supportive work atmosphere.

Who You Are

Experience:

Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is preferred,

but we welcome applicants eager to learn and grow in a clinical setting.*

Communication Skills:

Excellent at building rapport with patients of all ages, delivering clear instructions, and being an active, positive team player.

Detail-Oriented:

Organized and attentive, ensuring that every procedure and record is handled accurately.

Self-Motivated:

Able to multitask effectively, stay proactive, and contribute ideas to continually improve processes.

Adaptable:

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and excited to embrace new techniques, technology, and best practices.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
