WT Transportation is now hiring CDL A Flatbed/Conestoga drivers near Heber Springs, AR!

• Salary

• $1400 weekly salary
• 50-80 cents per mile for every mile over 3,000
• Per Mile

• 50-55 cents per mile
• Detention pay
• Extra stop pay
• Included in both pay formats

• $1000 Referral bonus
• 1 week a year paid vacation
• $25-$75 DOT inspection pass bonus
• $65 per day per diem ($65 of what drivers make every day they are in their truck is tax free)
• 50/50 split of cost for health, dental, and vision insurance (Not required)

• Home every weekend for 34-60 hours (34 hour restart at minimum)
• Every truck is equipped with a conestoga trailer which means no tarping ever
• Trucks are washed and serviced every weekend
• Primary area of operations is within a triangle between Minneapolis, San Antonio, and Richmond
• No California, New York, or out of country ever
• All trucks are 2019 or newer Peterbilt 579s and International LTs (Peterbilts have 13L Paccar engines and Internationals have 15L Cummins)
• All trucks are 12 speed automatic Paccar or Eaton transmissions
• All trailers are Benson or Mac 48/53 ft all alluminum flatbeds with Aero or Fastrack Conestoga kits
• All trucks are equipped with APU\'s, refrigerators, power inverters, leather interior, power seats and windows, and 72\xe2\x80\x9d mid roof sleepers.
• Primarily haul steel and lumber
• All drivers are provided with chains, straps, binders (snap and ratchet), wench bar, edge protectors, padding, coil racks, dunnage, and PPE
• 2700-3300 average miles

Requirements

• 25 Years of Age

CDL Class A License

2 Years Verifiable Experience in the past 3 years

Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
