Top producers can earn between $100,000 - $130,000 annually with competitive salary, uncapped monthly bonus, and quarterly bonuses in their first year. (The bonus is paid after 90 days of employment, some restrictions apply.)Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Lead Generation: Drive at least 75% of lead generation efforts by actively sourcing and prospecting potential new customers within the community. Leverage personal and professional networks, develop new relationships, and drive referrals leading to sales.Follow-up on Leads: Dedicate time to remotely follow up on leads from community engagement, those provided by the company, and nurture relationships to convert leads into sales opportunities. Monthly discretionary incentives will be based on your performance against agreed upon objectives and company results.
