Compensation:
$132,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficientlyQualifications:
Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on Decisive and proactive in the sales process Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunitiesAbout Company
