Employment Type - Full Time Commission based sales with opportunity with no commission limit.

Sales Representatives are given an average of 20-25 qualified pre-scheduled estimate appointments per week, with the opportunity to quote as many as 35 estimates per week during the busy season.

Premier Gutter Services is seeking highly motivated sales-minded individuals for Outside Sales Representative roles. ?Our consultative sales approach is designed to be clear and effective. While any experienced sales professional can excel in this role, those with a proven ability to close sales and navigate objections thoughtfully--without solely relying on price reductions--will thrive.

WHAT YOU NEED

KNOWLEDGE: A minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably with experience selling gutters.

SKILLS: A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. A track record of strong communication skills and people skills.

ABILITY: A passion for providing top-notch service to our customers while achieving sales goals. Valid driver's license and ability to meet our driving requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Interact with customers related to their needs

Provide estimate on the scope of the project for customer review

Perform follow-ups with customers and potential customers.

Secure the sale with a digitally signed sales agreement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
